1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website — thepixelforge.app and the LifeForge pages on it — operated by The Pixel Forge. Using the site means you accept them. LifeForge, the iOS app, is not released yet; when it ships it will carry its own terms covering the app itself, and those will govern your use of it.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves nothing beyond a notification. We can't promise a launch date, a specific feature set, a price, or that LifeForge ships at all. If plans change, we'll say so rather than leave you waiting. You can leave the list any time by emailing support@thepixelforge.app.
3. Acceptable use
Use the site normally. Don't try to break it, overload it, scrape it at volume, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking us first, submit other people's email addresses to the waitlist, or use it to do anything unlawful. If you think you've found a security issue, tell us at support@thepixelforge.app — we'd rather hear from you than read about it.
4. Our content
The text, design, logos, and product names on this site belong to The Pixel Forge. You’re welcome to link to any page, quote a reasonable excerpt with attribution, or share a screenshot. Don’t republish pages wholesale or use our names and marks in a way that suggests we endorse or built something we didn’t.
5. Links elsewhere
This site links to places we don't control, including maliyar.app, the App Store, and our social profiles. Those have their own terms and privacy practices, and we're not responsible for what happens on them.
6. Privacy
What we collect and why is covered in the Privacy Policy. Short version: an email address if you join the waitlist, used to tell you when LifeForge is out, never sold.
7. No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions, and nothing here is a promise about how a future version of LifeForge will behave.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, The Pixel Forge isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site — for example, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change matters, we’ll revise this page and adjust the date below. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated terms apply.
